Got your attention, yes? In Ciudad Juarez this week, a US Consulate worker and her husband were gunned down in their car, returning from a child’s birthday party. Blocks away, Jorge Alberto Salcido Cineceros, a man married to a consulate worker, was shot and killed after leaving the same party.
