Today’s cup: oil prices, the NFL, DOMA and the French press

Opposition forces in Libya have called for a mass rally Friday and are headed toward Tripoli.  Ghaddafi’s son once again addressed the situation on television, saying his father is still in control and denied claims that the crackdown on anti-government protestors has left hundreds dead.
