A very bad man was found Thursday after a 16-year search.  Former general Ratko Mladic (even his name sounds evil), the Bosnian Serb believed to be responsible for the nearly four year siege of Sarajevo in the early 1990s and the Srebrenica massacre that killed 8,000 Bosnian Muslims in 1995, was arrested in Serbia and charged with war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity. Today’s cup: Patraeus and Panetta, tornadoes, and Obama’s birth certificate!

Robert Gates will step down as Defense Secretary as planned, likely this summer, and will be replaced by CIA director Leon Panetta, according to the Associated Press.  Obama’s choice to take over at Intelligence is General David Patraeus, currently heading up our efforts in Afghanistan.
