Java in the fireplace on the 13th day of Christmas coffee

On the 13th day of Christmas coffee, my true love gave to me a three pound Java-Log… What the hell’s a Java Log, you ask?  It’s one of those fake logs, like Duraflame, that you use in the fireplace, except it’s made out of recycled coffee grounds.  No kidding.  I put some real logs on top of it (which defeats the eco-friendly aspect of the product), light the corners and enjoy at least two hours of Crackling Sound!  Illustrious Flames!  That’s what it says right on the package.  How could I not … [Read more...]
